In order to progress into my 2nd year in university, I was required to make a short film limited to 5 shots for its duration, and I can quite confidently say that this is my favourite animated short film I have created so far.

 

The theme that I keep following with my films, is the need for me to represent my culture through them. For this film this is achieved through the paintings used, which belong to one of the fathers of Cypriot art: Ioannis Kissonergis. So in the span of a month, I created a gallery to accompany the paintings, and used the Amanda rig to complete my storyline.
